We'll meet at the old Toll head office off Fenton St, Kewdale at 8am, wind our way to the Roe Hwy bike path. We'll take the path through to the Freeway bike path, then head south to the Dutch Windmill for coffee. After coffee we'll head via South Perth and The Burswood to Orrong Road and back to Kewdale.

Last week's ride was cancelled due to the poor weather...not that the forecast for August 22 is any better. So, we've re-scheduled our deviation from the usual friendly Fremantle ride. This time we're going to have a "Mostly amicable Freo Ride"...starting at Maylands with the usual Narrows hook up. The ride will detour via Cottesloe and along the beach with a coffee / breakfast stop in Fremantle. The return ride will be be via Pt Walter and Canning Bridge.

Perth's 2009 Painathlon - 3rd place to David Hind

Perth's Painathlon was held on August 8.

It involved 10 challenges in different locations around Perth, around 50kms of running plus 120kms of cycling.
